FFL Transfer

*Non-Serialized items transferred to us will incur a $25 per item handling fee unless prior permission from Nardis Gun Club is provided in writing prior to receiving items. Non-Serialized items should be shipped directly to your home to avoid this fee.

Nardis Gun Club is not responsible for coordinating return of firearms from Transferor if you receive a Denied response from the background check or are otherwise unable to legally take possession of the firearm or if the item is not as described from seller.

Transfers that have not been picked up within 30 days will incur a $25/month storage fee. Transfers that have not been picked up within 90 days, unless we have approved a longer timeframe in writing, will be considered abandoned and become the property of Nardis Gun Club. This applies to all firearms, suppressors, and NFA items.

This storage fee does not apply to NFA items waiting for tax stamp approval.
